I have four dogs who are sometimes not kind to my rugs, but S & S is always great about cleaning and repairing them so they seem like new. Note that they specialize in higher end rugs. The cleaning and repair on this type of rug is typically at a higher price point. However, the quality that S & S delivers is outstanding. They will pick up the rugs and drop them back off or lay down the rugs for you, whichever is preferable. I have and will continue to refer them. Highly recommend. "Just had S&S Rug Cleaners come pick up an 8' x 11' thick wool cable rug (from Room and Board). After 2 years, it had some pulls and looked lackluster (I blame our 2 dachshunds). They had it for about 2 weeks to make sure it was completely dry. We just unrolled it last night and it looks like new. We could not believe it.
